Our Founder
Meet our founder, David Butcher!
He is actively involved daily business operations and in committees throughout Loudoun to improve road safety. David has served two years as the president of VATRO (VA Towing and Recovery Operators). He also currently sits on the VA State Traffic Incident Management committee representing the towing industry and as Chairman for the Loudoun County Police Directed Towing Advisory Board. Both committees are working to improve traffic incident clearance and best practices for Safe, Quick, Clearance on VA roadways. David has also been an active member in Rotary and the Loudoun County Chamber of Commerce for many years.
